Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Vice President, Domestic U.S. Sales for Base Station Antenna (BSA) sales in the U.S.A.

Overall Responsibilities include:

  • Leading our U.S. domestic macro antenna regional sales team
  • Developing a sales strategy and approach for your team
  • Forecasting sales and assisting with Marketing plans
  • Maintaining and growing sales relationships with existing accounts
  • Expanding sales into New Accounts
  • Assisting Product Line Managers in providing Engineering teams with product development guidance
  • Sales management and leadership in markets local to your location
  • Overall customer support

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience selling antenna technology to US based wireless operators
  • Bachelor level degree or equivalent with technical selling experience to engineers and technical managers/directors
  • Proven success in delivering rapid revenue growth from an individual contributor
  • Proven success in selling antenna technology solutions to operators
  • Strong existing relationships with existing customers in key regions
  • Highly committed, target driven

Reports to the Sales Vice President.
