Brian Cape has been CEO of Galtronics since 2005. With more than 40 years of industry experience, Brian held several global leadership positions before joining Galtronics. Brian worked for Samsung for several years, where he became the first ever, non-Korean CEO of a Samsung Electronics subsidiary, anywhere in the world.
Brian was recognized as one of the top International Marketing Superstars of 1997 by Advertising Age International magazine for taking the “Samsung” brand in South Africa from obscurity to a household name within 2 years.
John has been Executive Vice President and CFO of Galtronics since 2006. As the corporate CFO, John is responsible for all Galtronics’ financial activities worldwide.
John has more than 30 years of professional accounting, auditing, strategic planning and consulting experience. Prior to joining Galtronics, John led the Austin, Texas public accounting firm that he founded 25 years ago.
John holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mike is the Executive Vice President of Operations and is a seasoned executive with in-depth industry experience, strong customer relationships and a proven track record of helping Galtronics expand its footprint around the world.
Mike joined Galtronics in 1985 as a Mechanical Engineer, holding various engineering positions and serving as the VP of Business Development and Technology before becoming General Manager in 2004.
Mike holds several patents, and is the inventor of many of the innovative Galtronics’ products.
Mike has a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Letourneau College and a Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Swinburne University of Technology.
Ephraim is the President of Galtronics Asia and is responsible for overseeing Galtronics’ operations in China, Korea and Taiwan.
Prior to this, Ephraim served as the President of Galtronics China and was responsible for the rapid establishment of the new Wuxi manufacturing and product design facility. Since joining the company in 1993, Ephraim has held several management positions, including Vice-President of Global Operations and Operations Manager of Galtronics Israel.
Ephraim holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Derby.
Najed has 14 years of experience in product development, product management, and strategy planning, marketing and business development. Prior to his appointment as Executive VP of the Broadband Business Unit, Najed held several management positions within Galtronics including VP of Business and Technology Development, overseeing global OEM accounts and responsibility for developing partnerships with key technology and business partners.
Najed holds a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from the University of Derby.
Israel joined Galtronics in 1992 and has functioned in multiple roles in the factory and engineering department. Since 2003 Israel has played a key role in the strategic planning and business development of Galtronics. In 2006 he was given responsibility for the marketing department. In 2008 he was appointed VP, Mobile Phones US and Europe and is responsible for the overall market development of this strategic division.
Michiel-Len joined Galtronics in January 2008 and was appointed as Executive Vice President overseeing the world-wide Human Capital Strategy Development, Policy & Procedure development and implementation.
Michiel-Len started his career as a Personnel Officer in the South African Navy and subsequently gained experience in the IT, Project Management, Media and Supply Chain industries. Senior appointments in his career included appointments as; Member on the Council of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (President SRC), Non-Executive Director to the Board of the Tertiary Eduction Fund of South Africa and Board member of the Southern African Society for Cooperative Education. His combination of experience in diverse consulting interventions with prominent international enterprises and senior corporate executive appointments brings rich experience to our Corporate Human Capital Management Function.
Michiel-Len holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and subsequent studies in Business Administration and Diploma in Systems Analyses and Design from Faculty Training Institute, Cape Town.
Graydon has more than 12 years of experience in business management, OEM manufacturing, planning and financial oversight. He has extensive experience in personnel management, including hiring, supervision, evaluation and benefits administration.
Graydon currently holds the position Of Executive Vice President of Diversified Products in Galtronics Corporate and oversees three business divisions as well as the manufacturing plant. He has more than 80 staff reporting to him through various management structures for which he is responsible.
Graydon served as a member of the board of Directors in his previous two companies and he has also represented his previous company as a Trustee on the company’s Pension fund. Graydon holds a Bachelor Degree in Education.
